Thank You, Mickey – Wishing You a Happy Retirement
Today we celebrated a very special member of our school community as we marked Mickey’s final session with us before his well earned retirement. For many years, Mickey has given his time, talent and creativity to help enhance our school grounds. From planting beautiful flowers to designing, building and painting bird boxes and planters, his craftsmanship has brought colour, life and joy to our outdoor spaces.
Mickey has also built a wonderful relationship with our children. He has patiently guided them through hands on projects, shared his skills and encouraged their curiosity and confidence. The pupils have loved working with him and his presence has become a much loved part of life at St. Teresa’s.
As a small token of our gratitude, we were delighted to present Mickey with a gift to thank him for his dedication and to wish him every happiness in his retirement. His hard work will continue to bloom throughout our school grounds for many years to come.
Thank you, Mickey, for everything you have done for our children and our school. We will miss you dearly and wish you a long, healthy, happy and relaxing retirement.
