On Wednesday 15th April, pupils from St. Teresa’s proudly presented a cheque for £548 to our Parish Priest, Fr. Murphy, who will donate this generous amount to the Trócaire Campaign on behalf of the Parish of Loughgilly.
The money was raised during Lent through the fantastic efforts of all our pupils, from Reception to Primary 7. Fundraising activities included the ever popular “Guess the Sweets in the Jar”, the Large Easter Egg Competition—kindly donated by Derek and Maxine from the Mountnorris Bar—along with the children’s thoughtful contributions to their Trócaire boxes. Together, these efforts raised an impressive total of £534.
