P2/P3 Fun in Autumn
P2/P3 thoroughly enjoyed exploring the "World Around Us" autumn topic, engaging in a variety of hands-on activities that brought the season to life. They kicked off the learning with an exciting autumn hunt, searching for natural treasures and observing the changes in their environment.
The class also took part in a hibernation and migration sorting activity, learning about how animals prepare for winter. Their creativity flourished during art sessions, where they crafted beautiful autumn trees and adorable hedgehogs. The students explored the concept of harvest, discovering which foods are typically harvested in autumn, and delved deeper into the world of apples—learning about their growth and significance. To wrap up the topic with a tasty treat, the children made delicious chocolate-covered apples, bringing a sweet end to their seasonal journey.
