To mark the launch of this year’s Cumann na mBunscol Gaelic events, St. Teresa’s hosted the Go Games Blitz on Friday, 3rd October at St. Killian’s GAA Grounds, Whitecross.
A huge well done to all the boys and girls who took part from our local schools: St. Laurence O’Toole’s, Belleek; St. Michael’s, Newtown; St. Oliver’s, Carrickovaddy; St. Malachy’s, Ballymoyer; and St. Teresa’s.
Despite challenging weather conditions, the pupils demonstrated fantastic resilience, teamwork and enthusiasm throughout the morning.
Special thanks to Nicola and Ciarán for refereeing the matches and sincere appreciation to all the schools who attended and contributed to the success of the event.
