Cumann na mBunscol Indoor Gaelic Boys Competition 2026
This morning, our Primary 6 and 7 boys proudly represented St. Teresa’s Primary School at the Cumann na mBunscol Indoor Gaelic Boys Competition 2026, held in Silverbridge Resource Centre.
The boys played extremely well, displaying excellent Gaelic skills, scoring fantastic points and goals and showing great motivation and commitment throughout the competition. Their fabulous team spirit was evident in every game and they truly enjoyed participating in this exciting competition.
The team was strongly led by their Team Captain Conor, alongside Oliver, Ruairi, Ethan and Frank. We are very proud of our Primary 6 and 7 Boys Team for their hard work and determination.
We would like to congratulate St. Moninna’s Cloughoge, who won the competition and acknowledge all the other schools who took part: St. Malachy’s Ballymoyer, St. Laurence O’Toole’s Belleek and St. Joseph’s Meigh.
A special thank you to Mr Conor Mc Cann for coordinating the competition and to Cumann na mBunscol Ard Mhacha for providing our primary school pupils with such fantastic opportunities to exhibit and develop their Gaelic skills.
Finally, we extend our gratitude to our Healthy Kidz Coach Mark McKinley, who prepared our pupils for this Indoor Competition with a dedicated skills session earlier this Term.
Well done, Boys – you represented St. Teresa’s with pride!
