Celebrating Success: Fourth Green Flag Award for St. Teresa’s

We are delighted that in May 2026, St. Teresa’s Primary School successfully achieved its fourth Eco-Schools Green Flag Award— a significant and well-deserved recognition of our commitment to caring for the environment. This outstanding achievement has been led by Mrs Kelly, whose dedication and enthusiasm have been instrumental in developing our Eco initiatives. We extend our sincere thanks to Mrs Kelly for her continued hard work and passion. We also wish to thank Mickey McElroy for all his hard work and support, particularly through his Eco-Club with the Primary 7 pupils, who have greatly contributed to this success. We commend our highly committed Eco-Committee- Moya, Mollie S, Olivia, Ursula, Niamh, Conor, Oliver, Lily, Ethan, Elsie, Erin and Siofra whose efforts, teamwork and sense of responsibility have played a vital role in embedding sustainable practices across our school community. This accomplishment reflects the strong ethos of care and respect for our environment that is evident throughout the school.
