Ailíse has enjoyed playing the teacher and has been supervising everyone doing their school work. She has even taken out their old toy art easle and used the whiteboard to create a timetable and teach from.
We have been following our cousin "Eugene Rooney" on facebook. He has been streaming live videos of our Aunt Imelda baking. Thanks to her, we have learnt how to make soda bread just like our Great Granny McShane in Hilltown. We also make some lovely fairy cakes which we all enjoyed eating.
